We offer only the finest products available in the industry. Each piece is made to order at the time of purchase. We are confident that you will be pleased with our workmanship.Β
An order cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once it has been placed and put into production. All sales are final.

Items noted as "clearance" and "final sale" in the product description are not able to be returned. Items that have been engraved are not able to be returned. Items customized to suit your needs, altering how the item is offered on the website, are not able to be returned. Custom designed items are not able to be returned. Custom designΒ is defined as, any item changed to your specifications, any item designed for you from your photos, ideas, or any item of ours altered in any manner. All rings made to order are considered custom pieces and do not qualify for a return/refund.
However, in the rare event that we made a mistake or there is any issue with your piece(s)--- any time during the first 15 days of deliveryΒ youΒ would like to exchange your item, please contact us as we may be able to offer a one time courtesy exchange or repair. Upon approving this, we will provide you with a return approval code (RMA) to be written on the outside of the package and a shipping label and shipping instructions. Return shipping authorizations are active for seven days from the date of issue and packages must be shipped during the active time period of your return shipping authorization and be sent back with tracking. Packages returned without a Return Authorization code or tracking will be refused.
To qualify for a 15-day exchange the item must not have noted as a clearance/sale item, or must not be an exotic cut ring, it must have the security tag attached, not have been altered in any way, and be unworn. Items with personal inscriptions/engraving are not returnable. We cannot accept returns/exchanges if the security tag has been removed. You must also be able to provide a receipt and any paperwork that accompanied your purchase such as appraisals, warranty cards or certifications of any kind.
All returns are subject to a minimum of a 30% restocking fee (deducted from refund):
- Pieces with security tag no longer attached (if applicable)
- All custom created pieces (this is all pieces except V.I.P. discount pieces as jewelry is made to order)
- Pieces that have been altered in any fashion (plated, resized, scratched, etc.)
- Any transactions made outside of direct order/our website as these sites incur non-refundable fees & sales tax not paid out to us (i.e. Mercari, Etsy, Poshmark or Facebook marketplace)**
Refunds are distributed in the form of a store credit & a personal, digital gift card will be delivered to customer via their email on file.
**Typically, returns/refunds for orders made outside of our personal website/direct order are not allowed. Mercari/Poshmark sales are final after a 3 day period and 100% non-refundable via their policies (which all customers agreed to upon using these shopping platforms). In the rare circumstance an exception is made, the above policies will apply.

PACKAGES MUST BE SHIPPED BACK WITH THE SECURITY TAG ATTACHED AND IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE TO THE ITEM IF NOT SENT BACK IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND IT WILL INELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR RECEIPT, CERTIFICATIONS, WARRANTY CARDS OR APPRAISALS. FAILURE TO INCLUDE THIS ITEMS WILL RESULT IN THE PRODUCT BEING SENT BACK TO YOU AND YOUR EXCHANGE DENIED.
European Union Directive on Consumer Rights specifies we must be contacted within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return the item.
